Professional Bio
As the Founder and Owner of Integrated Asset Management (IAM), LLC, Tina brings a wealth of expertise and a strong background in the real estate sector. She is a Licensed Broker in Iowa, additionally holding three prestigious designations from the National Apartment Association: CAM, CAPS, and NAAEI-3, which underscore her incredible proficiencies in property management.
Tina's journey in real estate extends to being the Property Management/Broker of record of IAM, LLC. She is a proud member of the ImagineDSM graduating class of 2024, through FuseDSM.
Since 2017, Tina has played a significant role in the ownership of 421 units across the Des Moines Metro area.
Her dedication to empowering women in the real estate industry was recognized in 2023 when she received the Inspiring Advocate for Women award from Inspiring Women of Iowa, a recognition that benefits the Girl Scouts of Iowa.
With 26+ years of experience in property management, she has achieved success in various roles within the industry, demonstrating her expertise as an AppFolio software specialist.
Tina's career is marked by a commitment to excellence and a deep understanding of the complexities of property management and real estate investment.

Apartment Industry Impact
Tina's impact in the rental housing industry has been significant. Here is just a small portion of what she has been able to accomplish:
- Redevelopment of three properties to workforce housing: AIB Campus to The Village at Grays Lake, Sterling Hotel to The Vibe @ 8035 and Clive Hotel to The McCoy @ 8035 (Article by Kathy Bolton in the February 2nd Business Record Publication). This added 324 workforce housing units to the metro. Tina has ownership in all 3 developments.
- Redevelopment of the Year Awarded by Co-Star for The Vibe @ 8035.
- The Vibe @ 8035 was nominated for Clive Business of the Year through Clive Chamber 2024.
- The Village @ Grays Lake was the recipient of Best Apartment Community by City View readers in 2021, 2022 and 2023.
- Member of CREW, Fem City, NAWBO. Member of ICREA as of 2024.
- Presented as sessions for National Apartment Association (NAA) annual conference in 2023 and 2023. Presented for Apartment Innovation and Marketing (AIM) conference in 2023. Presented at AppFolio which is an industry software in 2022 and 2023 at their annual user conference.
- Member of Advisory Board for Leonardo 24/7 a national industry compliance software.
- Panelist for Midwest RE Market update in 2022 and 2023 for multi-family sector.
- Panelist for Business Record Commercial Real Estate Forum in April 2022.
- Attends national real estate relevant conferences annually through NAA & Multi-Family Executive for industry and market knowledge to share with her team and owners.
Community Involvement
Tina's has a strong belief system around "giving back to the community" and participates heavily in the greater Des Moines area. Some of her most recent engagements are:

- Participation of local chamber events through WDM, FUSE DSM and Clive Chamber as time allows as well as Greater Des Moines Partnership events.

- Mentor for West Des Moines Chamber’s ‘Mentoring for Women 2024’ event March 8, 2024
- Tina does #iamcommunity events at properties to collect items from residents and donate to non-profits in need to give back to the community.
Other Notable Achievements
Tina has a few other noticeable achievements which only extends her abilities and credibility to assist clients all over the Unites States in whatever their business needs are or become. Her vision and constant learning keep her a step ahead, not only for her own businesses but for yours as well.
- Owner in the purchase and redevelopment of the AIB Campus. Tina always says her career miss was never being nominated for 40 Under 40 however she hit her stride a little later. She was on the cover of the Business Record for the campus purchase June of 2019 just a week before her 40th birthday. This is one of her most prized accomplishments in her career.
- Started property management company in 2019 with 200 units and onboarded over 6500 units in 4 years. Sold Ownership of that entity and started over now with 1000 units under management in 6 months.
- In January 2024 started Advisory Solutions - IAM, LLC to which provides Fractional Leadership, Advisory Services and Business Consulting to small business owners primarily focused on helping small real estate owners and management company owners streamline to grow their profit margin and success in their investments.
- Tina has under contract a publisher for her book titled “Serious Business - Insights from a 5 year old” which will be released in approximately fall of 2024.
